What is your return policy for leather footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles, as scuffed boots cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Texas Boot Ranch ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How should I care for my exotic leather boots?
We recommend using a specialized leather conditioner every 3-6 months depending on wear. For exotic skins like ostrich or alligator, always use a non-darkening conditioner to preserve the natural color.
Can I exchange my boots for a different style or color?
Yes, we offer easy exchanges. Simply visit our Returns Portal, select the 'Exchange' option, and choose your new desired style. We will ship the replacement as soon as your original pair is received.
Are your boots covered by a warranty?
All our boots come with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper care.
